This policy explains what personal data we collect through godabu.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. The data controller is DABU S.R.L., Bucharest, VAT number 55146454. For any data-related request, write to contact@godabu.com.
1. What we collect
We only collect what you voluntarily submit through the contact form:
- your name
- your business name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you provide it
- your website or social profile, if you provide it
- the content of your message
We use no analytics tools, no tracking pixels and no advertising networks on this site. We do not build behavioural profiles and we make no automated decisions based on your data.
2. Why we use it
We use the data solely to answer your enquiry, assess whether we can work together, and send you a proposal if relevant. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not send newsletters and we do not add you to marketing lists without your separate, explicit consent.
3. Who has access
The data is accessible only to the DABU team. For technical form processing we use Netlify, the site's hosting provider, acting as a processor. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Netlify may process data on infrastructure outside the European Union. Such transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
4. How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, then delete them. If an engagement begins, the relevant data is retained in line with applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations.
5. Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you have the right to:
- access your data
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased
- restrict processing
- data portability
- object to processing
- lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.ro)
You can exercise any of these by writing to contact@godabu.com. We respond within 30 days at the latest.
6. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We apply length and frequency limits on forms to prevent abuse. Access to submissions is restricted to the people who need it.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the last update date shown above.
